By accessing or using SiliconBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use SiliconBoard only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems.
  • Use the platform to harass, spam, or discriminate against others.
  • Upload malicious files or content that could harm the platform or its users.

4. Job Listings & Applications

SiliconBoard acts as a platform connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the outcome of any application, or employment with any company. Job listings are provided by third-party employers who are solely responsible for their content and hiring decisions.

5. Resume AI & Data Processing

Our Resume AI feature processes your uploaded resume to provide optimization suggestions. By using this feature, you consent to automated analysis of your resume data. We do not share your resume with third parties except when you explicitly apply to a job.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SiliconBoard, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by SiliconBoard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, profile information) but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

SiliconBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or employment outcomes.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
